THIS FORM GRANTS LEGACY FENCING CLUB PERMISSION TO CAPTURE, USE, AND PUBLISH PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES, VIDEO RECORDINGS, AND DIGITAL MEDIA FOR PROMOTIONAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND CLUB-RELATED PURPOSES. PLEASE COMPLETE ALL SECTIONS BELOW.
MEDIA RELEASE TERMS & AUTHORIZATION
A. Scope of Capture: I hereby grant Legacy Fencing Club, its legal representatives, assigned staff, coaches, and authorized third-party vendors the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to record, photograph, film, and capture digital media of the participant during any classes, training sessions, open bouting, tournaments, camps, or associated club activities.
B. Authorized Channels & Publications: I authorize Legacy Fencing Club to use, adapt, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish such digital content in any format or medium now known or hereafter developed. Permissible channels include, but are not limited to: official club websites, social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok), promotional flyers, print brochures, tournament broadcasts, press releases, and marketing campaigns.
C. Ownership & Inspection Rights: I understand and agree that all photographs, videos, audio recordings, and related electronic assets remain the sole property of Legacy Fencing Club. I expressly waive any right to inspect, review, or approve the final media assets, video edits, graphic designs, or accompanying written copy before publication.
D. Compensation & Royalties: I acknowledge that participation in media capture is voluntary and that no monetary compensation, royalties, or financial reimbursement of any kind will be provided to the participant or guardian now or in the future for the use of these media materials.
